omgawwd! I just had the best meal of my life! :))

My first ever fine dining experience today was.. FRIGGIN ENJOYABLE OK!! i swear im not kidding, it WAS such good food. Great food great service great company great ambience. (: no wonder people'd pay such money and go eat at such exquisite places! and and and, today's oreintal fusion cuisine 7 (8?)-course-meal was only twentyeight amazing dollars baby. haha! right ok so it was at Rosette, the Shatec hotel; some event shawn was hosting. and maybe it was the fact that I realised the people running the place and cooking the food and serving me were all around my age, but man I was so impressed by every single thing there. how often do you hear waiters going "my pleasure!" when you thank em for pouring you a glass of water? something different from the usual your-welcomes or silent smiles most give, and hey it made the experience good. and the dishes, oh the dishes.. mmmmm!

First there were the warm scallion bread buns, that came with this vinegar & olive oil dip. weird combination srsly if you'd think of those 2 tastes seperately, but wow put together and dipped with, its a damn heavenly taste to start off everything alright. then, there was chicken herbal soup that barely tasted herbal and it was so so so good I drank up every single drop. heehee. before the main course was this single scoop of apple & tea sherbet served with mint leaves, well that was really something different. And fer my main course I had this broiled salmon and glass noodles dish thingy (sorry i kinda was too busy eating to remember the names of my dishes!) and I lovvveee salmon terribly much and yes, this one was lipsmackin-ly good! dessert was cool, appetizers were cool, dessert was served with these cutesy little biscuits which were so cool as well (limited food description vocab, heh). after polishing up each dish I was beaming and excited and going "tt was dammmn good lah!" all, no kidding man! hahhaaha. Basically I really had a great time, if you cant already tell.

(and I told Shawn I'd help him promote since it srsly was a really worthwhile meal, so if anybody wants tickets to this fine dining experience, lemme know! it lasts til this weekend, I think.)

oh and yea, Lunch today was friggin fun as well! wah, today I've eaten like some.. bloody cow ok. hahahahaha

(: ate so much, and laughed even more! lol at Kelly and Gabriel competing at their chinese game thingy, wahhhh super funny la! lol whilst playing zong ji mi ma and deciding on dares too.. haha old school game! Kelly was so entertaining man haha and the bus ride back with Samantha was interesting! yay for another friend in this area. heh (: lol boy do i like this class, yay again for fun lovin people! :D

thank heavens and stars and skies, presentations over and done with for this half of the sem and they both went pretty well! its been an interesting half-sem already, as immensly draining as its been. oh man I want longlongsleeps again la, ahh pfftt, I want so many other things.

well well ok two more tests on monday, an interview on wednesday, and after that, its gonna be helloooo Christmas and the Holidays!

was up and about late last night, getting things done for her midnight surprise. met Kris and Nick and we headed to effing-ulu-punggol to find that nehneh's house. hahaha. after which, we chionged in and locked her out of her room, did up the surprises in super record time, made her answer silly questions before tada! she could enter her room of colourful balloons and cheesecake and alcohol and presents wheeee! twas bliss la, sitting around talking cock and laughing our hearts out in the middle of the night, just the three of us. oh and nick. heeee :D





oh something quite cool happened last night too! 11pm, a pretty deserted serangoon station. Varian sent me a message whilst I was waiting for the train with Kris, read it then I tossed the phone back into my bag. a split second later, the train arrived at the station and I turned around to walk to the doors and when the door opened, staring right back at me with a damn stunned look on his face was that toothead okay! HAHA! how coincidental can things get man. lol, srsly funny..it was sucha at-that-moment thing la I tell you, lolz!

im finally gonna see the dentist tmr, after like.. two years? gah, scared! :O

ah ok and well lets jus end off with showing ya'll what happens when Daddy gets me a laptop with an uber cool in-built webcam. gigglez fizzlez, g'night peoplez!

say if at tmr's mock interview thing ah, i somehow get asked if i'd ever been like, slapped on my cheek by an effing floorball stick kinda thing. then, youknowwhat youknowwhat? i can say YES AH, experienced before! :O

wooot today was interclass floorball! our corpcommtourism class, we were the second place champs man, dont mess! hehheh :D everything was super fun, balls zoom-zooomed here and there and all, finals was so high speed violent action with all the guys, and wah, the ending of the whole thing today was like quite mad but exciting in an Ooohhh! kinda way hahahahaha. cheap thrills to life, and a cool day! (: to Burger King (rofl!) our class shall all go soon, for yay we won fifty bucks worth of vouchers from there!

oh yeah, bout tt floorball-stick-slapped-me-thing. walaaooo, tt green shirt girl who piaked me across the face today. you better watch your back from now on man, grrrrs! lol

Haha! Today feels good.. its Friday, plus there's no school! mmmm :D Finally had 10 solid hours of sleep last night, and I woke up to good carrotcake for breakfast earlier, AND there'll be carolling starting tonight! oh, I smell Christmas! ((:

HELLO, ITS BEEN A SUPERB WEEKEND!! :D

twas to school first fer an hour's lecture on friday, then my project group was off to Singapore River & the Asian Civilisation Museum - fieldtrip as part of our project! fun fieldtrip! haha we like walked all over, explored dark galleries in the museum, talked to tourists and all. oh and I met this really nice funny middleaged couple from London! (: the Brits and their humour..hahaha. I asked if they were gonna visit any other attractions in Singapore, and the guy said to me "Ah I brought my own attraction..my wife!" awwww! lol







okay, and everything after and the next two days were just pure joy & happiness & wheeewoootwow! :D :D :D Just simple stuff; caught a movie, dinners, played and chilled around, but it all really made my day. Surprises, cakes, wishes, messages, goodfoooodd, company, presents, and so so so much love from everyone, friends and family alike.. ZOMG LA, its been such an awesome 18th birthday hokay!!! oh sigh, I feel damn blessed. (:

..and boy, PBLs have taken over by storm and goodness they are Mad la! oh and so's my new project group too. hahahaha ok but i like! pretty great group this sem i guess, there's isaac gabriel elena stef feli and i! :D:D:D mm deadlines are the following week (alr, omg!) so yeah, the ball's started a'rollin! im gettin in-tuned to the work and all alr i guess, and there're field trips for tourism classes and floorball interclass and a threeweeklongbreak to look forward to, so yep, school sounds rather good. (:

but thats just school.
